The District Court Kyaut Phyu Township make a decision , "Sentence to Dealth" the three criminals who just began the violence of the Rakhine and Royingya. The accused were charged with Myanmar(Burmese) Penal Code section 376 for rape, section 302 (1c) for murder and section 392 for looting properties. The three convicted robbed , raped and killed cruelly the local ethnic Arakanese young girl(Ma Thida Htwe (26yrs)) at May 28. One of the original three men arrested, Shaun Shou (aka Htet Htet or Phyo Zayyar Kyaw), committed suicide in prison on June 9 .They can appeal the Court Decision within 7days. The two convicted Hla Win (aka Marme or Yaw Pi) and Lu Lu (aka Myint Swe or Wushee) were sent back to Kyauk Phyu Prison after the sentencing hearing.
